Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant heat-up device that can reliably raise temperature of lubricant even when there is a few elements to generate heat, and to provide a lubricant heat-up method.SOLUTION: A heat-up device 100 includes: a heat exchange member 104 absorbing waste-heat of a motor 200 in a first position and immersed into lubricant 111 in a second position to raise temperature of lubricant 111; and a rotation part 110 for moving the heat exchange member 104 from the first position to the second position, thereby reliably raising temperature of the lubricant by the waste-heat of the motor 200.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】熱を発生する要素が少ない場合であっても潤滑油を確実に昇温することが可能な潤滑油昇温装置及び潤滑油昇温方法を提供する。【解決手段】第1の位置でモータ200の排熱を吸熱するとともに、第2の位置で潤滑油111に浸されて潤滑油111を昇温する熱交換部材104と、熱交換部材104を第1の位置から第2の位置へ移動させる回動部110と、を備える、昇温装置100が提供される。この構成により、モータ200の排熱で潤滑油を確実に昇温することが可能となる。【選択図】図1
