PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate installation work on site.SOLUTION: There is provided a fixture which is configured by installing a newly installed vertical frame 13 for refurbishment on the inner periphery of an existing vertical frame 41, and which covers the existing vertical frame 41 by disposing a cover member 60 extending in the direction of looking from a portion positioned on the outdoor side of the newly installed vertical frame 13. The cover member 60 has a short side portion 61 and a long side portion 62 having mutually different extending lengths, and when attached to the newly installed vertical frame 13 via either the short side portion 61 or the long side portion 62, the other extends toward the outer periphery in the detection of looking. The newly installed vertical frame 13 is provided with a first positioning portion 13b and a second positioning portion 13c that define a position in the expected direction of the cover member 60 with respect to the newly installed vertical frame 13 by coming into contact with the short side portion 61 and the long side portion 62 of the cover member 60 at a position which is an outer circumference than the expected surface. The long side portion 62 of the cover member 60 is provided with a relief portion 62a at a portion corresponding to the first positioning portion 13b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】現場での設置作業を容易化する。【解決手段】既設縦枠４１の内周に改装用の新設縦枠１３を設置することによって構成し、新設縦枠１３の室外側に位置する部分から見付け方向に延在するカバー部材６０を配設することにより、既設縦枠４１を覆うようにした建具であって、カバー部材６０は、互いに延在長さが異なる短辺部６１及び長辺部６２を有し、短辺部６１及び長辺部６２のいずれか一方を介して新設縦枠１３に取り付けた場合に他方が外周に向けて見付け方向に延在するものであり、新設縦枠１３には、見込み面よりも外周となる位置に、カバー部材６０の短辺部６１及び長辺部６２に当接することによって新設縦枠１３に対するカバー部材６０の見込み方向に沿った位置を規定する第１位置決め部１３ｂ及び第２位置決め部１３ｃが設けられ、カバー部材６０の長辺部６２には、第１位置決め部１３ｂに対応する部位に逃げ部６２ａが設けられている。【選択図】図２
