【課題】固相−固相間で互いの元素の熱拡散によって、均一な組成の過共晶Al−Si合金粒子を製造する方法を提供する。【解決手段】Al粉末とSi粉末とを均一に混合した混合物を反応助剤としてのアルカリ金属のハロゲン化物とともにるつぼ内に収納し、真空排気後に、660〜750℃の温度で5時間以上保持し熱処理して、過共晶Al−Si合金粒子を製造する方法である。【選択図】 図1 |
