Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incombustible housing material having incombustibility and also capable of adding heat-insulating property.SOLUTION: There is provided an incombustible housing material containing (1) calcium aluminate having CaO content of 40 mass% or more, (2) gypsum dihydrate, (3) in organic powder having a hollow structure with average particle diameter of 10 to 100 μm, and (4) a material separation inhibitor, in which used amount of (2) is 70 to 250 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of (1), used amount of (3) is 0 to 100 pts.mass based on total 100 pts.mass of (1) and (2), and used amount of (4) is 0.05 to 25 pts.mass based on total 100 pts.mass of (1) and (2), and used for filling into a resin molded body consisting of an expanded polystyrene resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
