Abstract To provide an electric dust collector in which a ratio of an area which does not contribute to dust collection with respect to a surface area of an electrode is reduced.SOLUTION: An electric dust collector 1 includes a charging part 4a which electrifies dust in processed air by discharge from a discharge electrode 4a1, and a dust collection part 4b which collects the dust electrified by the charging part by an electrostatic field. The dust collection part 4b includes a plurality of collection electrodes 4b1 and high-voltage electrodes 4b2 arranged alternately in parallel.
