Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonoriented electromagnetic steel sheet suitable for a use requiring very low iron loss.SOLUTION: A nonoriented electromagnetic steel sheet has the following features: an Al content is limited to reduce hysteresis loss; in order to compensate intrinsic resistance reduced thereby, an Mn content is increased; in order to suppress surface nitriding which becomes apparent due to Mn, a small amount of Sn is added depending on the Mn content; and a section of 20 μm in its depth from the outermost surface in base portion of the steel plate contains nitrogen [N] s at 0.0040 mass% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】非常に低い鉄損が求められる用途に適した無方向性電磁鋼板を提供する。【解決手段】無方向性電磁鋼板において、ヒステリシス損失を低減するためにAl含有量を制限し、そのため低下する固有抵抗を補う目的でMnを多く含有させ、Mnによって顕在化した表面窒化を抑制するために、Mn含有量に応じてSnを微量添加し、さらに、鋼板の地鉄部分の最表面から20μmまでの深さの部分の含有する窒素量[N]sは、0.0040質量%以下とする。【選択図】図4
