Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate air-conditioning load while considering an environment in which persons move.SOLUTION: A visitor specification portion 16 specifies whether a person in an object section Y is a visitor entering just before from the outside of a facility management area P just or not on the basis of a history information acquired from a history DB31, and an air-conditioning load calculation portion 17 calculates the total amount of a first heat generation total amount Q1 relating to first persons (staying persons) not specified as the visitor among the persons in facility, and a second heat generation total amount Q2 relating to second persons (visitors) specified as the visitors, to calculate the air-conditioning load Q relating to the object section Y. The first heat generation total amount Q1 is calculated by integrating the number N1 of the first persons and a predetermined first heat generation amount W1, and the second heat generation total amount Q2 is calculated by integrating the number N2 of the second persons and a second heat generation amount W2 higher than the first heat generation amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
