Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sweetener consumable material that contains a certain sweetener and at least one sweetness enhancer at a concentration close to its sweetness detection threshold value, and to provide a method for forming said sweetener consumable material.SOLUTION: Provided is a sweetener consumable material, including: a) at least 0.0001% of at least one sweetener, in which the sweetener includes sucrose, fructose, glucose, high fructose corn syrup, or the like, or a combination thereof, and in which said at least one sweetener or combination of sweeteners is present in a concentration iso-sweet to at least 2% sucrose at a concentration above the sweetness detection threshold value; and b) at least one sweetness enhancer selected from the group consisting of naringin dihydrochalcone, mogroside V, swingle extract, rubusoside, rubus extract, stevioside, and rebaudioside A.SELECTED DRAWING: None
