Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with a desire for a technology capable of readily realizing a solution for upgrading control performance by calculating a target value, which is given to each of servo drivers, according to the characteristics of an object of control in a constitution in which one or plural servo drivers are connected to a control device.SOLUTION: A control device includes an interface through which data is transferred to or from a servo driver. The servo driver is designed to execute a control arithmetic operation for determining a manipulation quantity for driving a servo motor on the basis of a control parameter determined in line with an object of control. The control device includes creation means that acquires the control parameter of the servo driver so as to create an internal model representing the dynamic characteristics of the object of control, and target value calculation means that calculates a correction target value, which is given to the servo driver, on the basis of a target value associated with a target trajectory and a feedback value from the object of control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】制御装置に1または複数のサーボドライバが接続される構成において、制御対象の特性に応じて各サーボドライバへ与える目標値を算出することで制御性能を高めるというソリューションを容易に実現できる技術が要望されている。【解決手段】制御装置は、サーボドライバとの間でデータを遣り取りするためのインターフェイスを含む。サーボドライバは、制御対象に応じて決定された制御パラメータに基づいて、サーボモータを駆動するための操作量を決定する制御演算を実行するように構成されている。制御装置は、サーボドライバの制御パラメータを取得して、制御対象の動特性を示す内部モデルを作成する作成手段と、目標軌跡に対応する目標値と、制御対象からのフィードバック値とに基づいて、サーボドライバへ与える補正目標値を算出する目標値算出手段とを含む。【選択図】図4 |
