PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin, flexible and compact aqueous humor discharge device having a function to adjust the intraocular pressure to a normal range while securing a normal aqueous humor discharge amount.SOLUTION: An aqueous humor discharge device includes a thin film-like body 11, an upstream side flow path 12a and a downstream side flow path 12b formed in the body 11, and an intraocular pressure adjusting mechanism 14 disposed between the upstream side flow path 12a and the downstream side flow path 12b.
