Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a situation where requests for lower costs increase and at the same time requests for higher reliability increase further, and in particular requests for a simple waterproof structure increase, a control device for an automobile needs to realize the simple waterproof structure without increasing the number of components in order to meet the requests.SOLUTION: In a control device for an automobile in which a case 3 and a cover 4 are combined to each other and a substrate 1 is installed, snap fit parts 33, 41 which fit to from an inner periphery side of the opposite side and protrusions 34, 42 for fitting at an outer periphery side are arranged at the case 3 or the cover 4, and holes 32, 43 for fitting arranged at the opposite side are arranged so as not to be visually recognizable in appearance.
