Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically driven booster made smaller without reducing a detection accuracy of a displacement amount of an input member.SOLUTION: An electrically driven booster includes a stroke detection device 7 for detecting a displacement amount of an input member accompanied with the operation of a brake pedal. The stroke detection device 7 includes: magnet members 172A, 172B, and 172C displaced together with the input member; a hole IC chip 187 for detecting magnetic flux density from the magnet members 172A, 172B, and 172C; and a compression coil springs 186A and 186B arranged on the front side and the rear side respectively along the displacement direction of the magnet members 172A, 172B, 172C, and expanding and contracting accompanied with the displacement of the input member.
