Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device which efficiently cuts a small diameter piping in a vertical split manner in the axial direction without expansion of contamination on the inner face for efficiently performing contamination measurement and decontamination of the small diameter piping with the possibility that the inner face is contaminated with the radioactive material.SOLUTION: A cutting device includes: a hydraulic cylinder 11 which pushes the piping into a vertical split cutting part; a guide roller 10; a cutting part in which pairs of compressive deformation rollers 2a, 2b, 4a, 4b, 6a, 6b, 8a, 8b arranged on the same axis and facing each other at 180 degrees and pairs of rotary knife blades 3a, 5a, 7a, 9a facing each other at 180 degrees and deflected from the compressive deformation rollers at 90 degrees are alternately arranged at the multiple stages; and a push-in jig 14 which changes its width in accordance with the gap of the compressive deformation rollers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】内面が放射性物質で汚染されている可能性のある小口径配管の汚染測定や除染を効率的に行うために、内面の汚染を拡大せず効率的に小口径配管を軸方向に縦割り切断する切断装置を提供する。【解決手段】配管を縦割り切断部に押し込む油圧シリンダ11と、ガイドローラー10および同一軸上に配置された180度対向の1対の圧縮変形用ローラー2a、2b、4a、4b、6a、6b、8a、8bとそれと90度偏向した180度対向の1対の回転ナイフ刃3a、5a、7a、9a、が交互に多段に配置された切断部と、圧縮変形用ローラーの隙間に追従して幅を変える押し込み治具14を備えた。【選択図】図1
