Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamination apparatus in which a break of a diaphragm can be stably detected.SOLUTION: A lamination apparatus comprises a first case provided with heating means to heat a work piece which is an object of a lamination process, an upper case 12 which is a second case and constitutes a chamber with the first case with piled up on the first case, where the lamination process is carried out, a diaphragm 15 which is mounted on an inner wall 19 of the second case and which divides the chamber into a first chamber on a side of the heating means and an upper chamber 52 that is a second chamber on a side of the inner wall 19, and which is arranged to be able to inflate toward the first chamber side, a roller 70 which is a moving body, a mechanism which is mounted on the second case and moves the moving body while pushing the moving body to contact the inflated diaphragm 15, and a pressure gauge 75 which is pressure measurement means for measuring pressure in the second chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
