Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch connection/disconnection device which reduces an incongruity of a driver.SOLUTION: A clutch connection/disconnection device 10 comprises: a first piston 200 inserted into a first pressure chamber 110 of a main cylinder 100; a second piston 300 for pressing the first piston 200; a third piston 400 inserted into a penetration hole 312 of the second piston 300 and a third pressure chamber 128, and having a locking part 418 protruding from an outer wall; a fourth piston 500 having a salient part 508 which inserts the third piston 400 into a penetration hole 506, is inserted into the penetration hole 312 of the second piston 300, opposes a locking part 154 formed at an inner wall 116 of the main cylinder 100, and surrounds a second pressure chamber 118 in conjunction with the inner wall 116 of the main cylinder 100 and the second piston 300; and a coil spring 600 arranged between the fourth piston 500 and the third piston 400.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
