Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removal facility of magnetite ferromagnetic substance suspension fine particle capable of efficiently separating magnetite fine particles to which heavy metals stick from water.SOLUTION: A removal facility 10 of magnetite ferromagnetic substance suspension fine particles which removes magnetite fine particles M to which heavy metals H stick from processing object water W comprises: a purifier 12, which has a drainage channel 11 feeding out magnetite fine particle suspension water W'; and a sedimentation device 13, which reserves the magnetite fine particle suspension water W' fed out of the drainage channel 11 to precipitate magnetite fine particles M contained in the magnetite fine particle suspension water W', and to feed out the supernatant of the magnetite fine particle suspension water W', the drainage channel 11 being fitted with a solenoid coil 18 that generates a magnetic field Q along a flow of the magnetite fine particle suspension water W' and a magnetic field reverse to a flow of the magnetite fine particle suspension water W' in the drainage channel 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】重金属類が付着したマグネタイト微粒子を水から効率的に分離することが可能なマグネタイト強磁性物質懸濁微粒子の除去設備を提供する。【解決手段】重金属類Hが付着したマグネタイト微粒子Mを処理対象水Wから取り除くマグネタイト強磁性物質懸濁微粒子の除去設備10において、マグネタイト微粒子懸濁水W'を送り出す排水路11を有する浄化装置12と、排水路11から送り出されたマグネタイト微粒子懸濁水W'を貯留してマグネタイト微粒子懸濁水W'に含まれているマグネタイト微粒子Mを沈殿させ、マグネタイト微粒子懸濁水W'の上澄みを送り出す沈殿装置13とを備え、排水路11には、排水路11内にマグネタイト微粒子懸濁水W'の流れに沿った磁界Q又はマグネタイト微粒子懸濁水W'の流れと反対向きの磁界を発生させるソレノイドコイル18が取り付けられている。【選択図】図1 |
