Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a coil bobbin capable of cooling a high voltage side coil appropriately cannot be provided.SOLUTION: A coil bobbin includes a first frame 101 provided with a first groove 1011, in which a coil is placed, along the outer periphery, and having a first core region 1012, a second frame 201 provided with a second groove 2011, in which a coil is placed, along the outer periphery, and being fitted in the first frame 101 having a second core region 2012 at a position adjacent to each first core region, and a cylindrical member 301 arranged to enclose the adjoining first and second core regions 1012, 2012 while fitting the second frame 201 in the first frame 101. The second frame 201 has a shape of forming a gap 50 communicating with the opening 3015 of the cylindrical member 301 between the cylindrical member 301 in the second core region 2012, and includes a cooling hole 2019 interconnecting the gap 50 and the second groove 2011 in the second core region 2012.
