Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seesaw switch device capable of preventing the problem such an error operation of a switch due to the looseness of a switch case by contacting a projection for preventing the looseness to be projected and provided in a case side wall part to a support medium with pressure, and increasing reliability of the switch by surely regulating deformation of the side wall part due to the pressure contact, even when the seesaw switch device is used under a high oscillation environment.SOLUTION: A pair of axial parts 21j and 22j which is provided on the co-axial line in faces facing to tip parts 21d and 22d of a pair of side wall parts 21 and 22 of a switch case 20 is projected. A berating hole 32h that rotatably fits and inserts the pair of axial parts 21j and 22j is penetrated and formed in an operation knob 30. In an external side surface of the pair of side wall parts 21 and 22, projections 21t and 22t for preventing looseness of the switch case 20 are provided while being contacted to a support body 10 with a pressure. A support pin 25 that contacts both ends to each tip of the axial parts 21j and 22j is fitted ton the bearing hole 32h.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】シーソースイッチ装置が高振動環境下で使用されたとしても、ケース側壁部に突設したガタ防止用の突起を支持体に圧接させることで、スイッチケースのガタつきに因るスイッチの誤作動等の問題を防止し、更にその圧接に起因した側壁部の変形を確実に規制して、スイッチの信頼性を高める。【解決手段】スイッチケース20の一対の側壁部21,22の先部21d,22dの相対向面に、互いに同一軸線上に並ぶ一対の軸部21j,22jが各々突設されると共に、その一対の軸部21j,22jを回転可能に嵌挿させる軸受孔32hが操作ノブ30に貫通、形成され、一対の側壁部21,22の外側面には、支持体10に圧接してスイッチケース20のガタを防止するための突起21t,22tが設けられ、一対の軸部21j,22jの先端に両端をそれぞれ当接させる支持ピン25が、軸受孔32hに嵌合される。【選択図】 図2 |
