PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a sealing mouth plug in which contents do not stay at a nozzle cap tip even when the contents are attached to the vicinity of a nozzle due to spouting after opening a container, and in which problems such as taste deterioration and contamination due to an attachment and the like do not occur.SOLUTION: A sealing mouth plug includes: a nozzle cap (2) mounted on an upper part of a container body and having a spouting cylinder protruding outward; and an over-cap (1) having an inner protrusion (111) inserted and fitted in the spouting cylinder. The inner protrusion has a partition plate (112) for closing the cylinder at the center in the height direction. The spouting cylinder (21) comprises a cylindrical spouting cylinder side wall having an inclined surface, and a spouting cylinder tip. On the inner surface of the spouting cylinder side wall, a ring-like protrusion whose diameter is smaller than an outer diameter of the partition plate is provided. The sealing mouth plug has inserting/fitting contact parts capable of stopping a liquid at two places of: a first inserting/fitting contact part (213) capable of stopping a liquid by a tip side inserting/fitting part of the inner protrusion lower than the partition plate, and the ring-like protrusion; and a second inserting/fitting contact part (214) coming into contact at the ring-like protrusion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】容器を開栓した後の注出によって、ノズル近傍に内容物が付着しても内容物がノズルキャップ先端に留まらず、味覚劣化や付着物による汚染等の問題を起こさない密封口栓を得る。【解決手段】容器本体の上部に取り付けられ外方に突出する注出筒を有するノズルキャップ（２）と、注出筒に挿嵌するインナー突起（１１１）を有するオーバーキャップ（１）と、からなり、インナー突起は高さ方向の中央に、筒を閉鎖する仕切り板（１１２）を有し、注出筒（２１）は傾斜面を有する筒状の注出筒側壁と注出筒先端とからなり、注出筒側壁の内面に仕切り板外径より小径のリング状突起を有し、仕切り板より下方のインナー突起の先端側挿嵌部とリング状突起によって液止め可能な第１挿嵌当接部（２１３）と、該リング状突起で当接する第２挿嵌当接部（２１４）と、の２箇所に液止め可能な挿嵌当接部を有することを特徴とする密封口栓。【選択図】図１
