Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent graft being easily placed at an appropriate position.SOLUTION: A stent graft 10 is a tubular stent graft delimiting a flow passage in which a blood flow can pass. The stent graft 10 includes: a skeleton part 11 capable of contracting radially inward and expanding radially outward; and a membrane part 12 provided along the skeleton part 11. The stent graft 10 is deformable from a contracted state in which the skeleton part 11 is contracted, to the expansion state in which the skeleton part 11 is expanded and the flow passage is delimited by the membrane part 12. The membrane part 12 includes an opening part 13. In the expanded state, the opening part 13 has a recess area 14 where a part of a peripheral edge of the opening part is recessed in a direction of separating from a center P of the opening part, and has such an opening shape that an opening width L is gradually reduced with it approaching from the center P of the opening part toward a deepest part Q of the recess area 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】適正な位置に容易に留置可能なステントグラフトを提供すること。【解決手段】ステントグラフト10は、血液流が通過可能な流路を画成する管状のステントグラフトである。ステントグラフト10は、径方向内側への収縮及び径方向外側への拡張が可能な骨格部11と、骨格部11に沿って設けられた皮膜部12と、を備える。ステントグラフト10は、骨格部11が収縮した収縮状態から、骨格部11が拡張して皮膜部12によって前記流路が画成された拡張状態へ、変形可能である。皮膜部12は開口部13を有する。開口部13は、拡張状態において、開口部の周縁の一部が開口部の中心Pから離れる向きに窪んだ窪み領域14を有し、開口部の中心Pから窪み領域14の最深箇所Qに向けて近付くにつれて開口幅Lが徐々に小さくなる開口形状を有する。【選択図】図2
