Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible dielectric elastomer material having a large relative permittivity, and to provide a flexible transducer using the dielectric elastomer material.SOLUTION: The dielectric elastomer material comprises a polymer having such a structure that at least one of a monomer A and a monomer C having a crosslinkable functional group, and a monomer B having a polar group are randomly or alternately copolymerized. In a structural unit comprising the monomer B in the copolymer, the polar group is bonded to the polymer main chain via at least three atoms linearly connected.
