Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant composition for a continuously variable transmission, which can satisfy the seizing resistance, the abrasion resistance, and the fatigue life required for the oil for a continuously variable transmission, and can enhance fuel economy and a coefficient of intermetallic friction.SOLUTION: The lubricant composition for a continuously variable transmission includes (A) a lubricant base oil, (B) a boric acid ester from 25 mass ppm or more to 500 mass ppm or less based on a total amount of the lubricant composition, (C) a phosphoric acid from 100 mass ppm or more to 750 mass ppm or less based on the total amount of the lubricant composition, (D) a poly(meth)acrylate having an average molecular weight of 100,000 or less, and the lubricant composition has the kinetic viscosity of 25 mm/s or less at 40°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】無段変速機油に求められる耐焼付き性、耐摩耗性、及び疲労寿命を満足しながら、省燃費性および金属間摩擦係数を高めた無段変速機用潤滑油組成物を提供する。【解決手段】(A)潤滑油基油と、(B)ホウ酸エステル化合物を、潤滑油組成物全量基準でホウ素量として25質量ppm以上500質量ppm以下と、(C)リン酸を、潤滑油組成物全量基準でリン量として100質量ppm以上750質量ppm以下と、(D)重量平均分子量100,000以下のポリ(メタ)アクリレートとを含有し、潤滑油組成物の40℃における動粘度が25mm2/s以下である、無段変速機用潤滑油組成物。【選択図】なし
