Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation transmission device capable of preventing collision sound of an armature and a rotor from occurring, and stabilizing operation of adsorbing the armature to the rotor.SOLUTION: A buffer member 50 is provided between an armature 30 and a rotor 31. The buffer member 50 comprises a metal ring 51 movably supported in an axial direction to the armature 30, and a rubber ring 52 compressed in the axial direction between the armature 30 and the metal ring 51 as the armature 30 approaches the rotor 31.
