Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions and methods for the treatment or prevention of dengue virus infection in a vertebrate subject.SOLUTION: Human neutralizing monoclonal antibodies disclosed herein are isolated from EBV immortalized B cells derived from patients who have recovered from dengue infection, and bind to a dengue virus serotype 1 envelope protein or a fragment thereof.
