PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide substituted imidazo[1,2B]pyridazine compounds as TRK kinase inhibitors.SOLUTION: Compounds of formula I, where R, R, R, R, X, Y and n have the meanings given in the specification, are inhibitors of Trk kinases and are useful in the treatment of diseases which can be treated with a Trk kinase inhibitor. A pharmaceutical composition comprises a compound of the present invention, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable diluent or carrier.
