Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively estimate the delay of process work caused by delay in detecting an event that has occurred in a production process; and to further estimate a restrictive effect on spread influence by rescheduling at proper timing.SOLUTION: A data analyzer comprises: an event occurrence setting part that sets the occurrence of an event in simulation to work including a process in which a prescribed event occurs; an event occurrence detection timing setting part that records in a storage part an event occurrence detection timing which indicates a time period from the occurrence of the event to the detection thereof; a simulation execution part, that is, a simulation execution processing part to execute a simulation, that executes the simulation by reflecting influence on a process in the case of corresponding to the event, according to the recorded event occurrence detection timing, when the event occurrence is detected; and a KPI calculation part that calculates a KPI to the event occurrence detection timing in the process, based on the results of the executed simulation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
