Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to execute formation of charge, which levels a load in processes after rolling as much as possible, in a short time as much as possible.SOLUTION: A product class key, in which a kind of steel and a planned passage process pattern are combined, consolidates a same order (plate) as a same product class, and derives a representative attribute (representative product class and representative due date) of each slab. A product class unit steel tapping schedule, which concerns with a steel tapping amount of each product class/each application date, is derived, when an evaluation function, which is represented by a weighing linear sum of an evaluation value concerning a difference between a tapping date and the representative due date, an evaluation value concerning levelling of a load in a finishing process, and an evaluation value concerning an amount of a request surplus material which does not become a plate, becomes minimum. A schedule, in which the representative due date is used as an index, and to a steel tapping frame of the product class unit steel tapping schedule, a slab having a representative product class same as the product class belonging to said steel tapping frame is assigned, is derived as a slab unit steel tapping schedule 1900.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19 【課題】 圧延以降の工程の負荷を可及的に平準化するチャージの編成を可及的に短時間で実行できるようにする。【解決手段】 鋼種と予定通過工程パターンとを組み合わせた品種キーが同じ注文(プレート)を同一の品種として集約すると共に、各スラブの代表属性(代表品種および代表納期)を導出する。そして、出鋼日と代表納期との差異に関する評価値と、精整工程の負荷の平準化に関する評価値と、プレートにならない請求余材の量に関する評価値と、の重み付き線形和で表される評価関数が最小となるときの品種別・出鋼日別の出鋼量である品種単位出鋼計画を導出する、そして、代表納期を指標として用いて、品種単位出鋼計画の出鋼枠に、当該出鋼枠に属する品種と同じ代表品種を持つスラブを割り当てたものをスラブ単位出鋼計画1900として導出する。【選択図】 図19
