Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that electromagnetic noise due to an electronic component such as a transformer may sometimes reflect and diffuse in a housing of a processor for an electronic endoscope to cause electromagnetic interference.SOLUTION: A processor for electronic endoscopes includes: a recessed insertion part for holding an inserted connector part of an electronic scope; a processor-side signal transmission part that, in an inserted/held state where the connector part is inserted and held by the recessed insertion part, can be contactlessly and electromagnetically coupled with a scope-side signal transmission part that is built in the connector part; and an electromagnetic wave absorber that is located to surround the connector part in the inserted/held state and arranged in peripheries of the substantially whole body of a wall part constituting the recessed insertion part and of the processor-side signal transmission part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】トランス等の電子部品による電磁ノイズが電子内視鏡用プロセッサの筐体内で反射・拡散して電磁障害を引き起こす虞がある。【解決手段】電子内視鏡用プロセッサを、差し込まれた電子スコープのコネクタ部を保持する凹状差込部と、凹状差込部にコネクタ部が差し込まれて保持されている差込保持状態にあるとき、該コネクタ部に内蔵されているスコープ側信号伝送部と非接触で電磁結合することが可能なプロセッサ側信号伝送部と、差込保持状態のコネクタ部を取り囲うように位置する、凹状差込部を構成する壁部の略全体、及びプロセッサ側信号伝送部の周囲に配置された電磁波吸収体とを備える構成とする。【選択図】図1
