PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle opening/closing body operation device which can hold an opening/closing body in a full-open state by a full-open lock even if a release lever is stopped in a state in which the release lever turns from a release lever initial position due to an electrical failure or the like of a release motor.SOLUTION: A vehicle opening/closing body operation device comprises: a full-open lock open lever 30 which can output a release operation force to a full-open lock 8 accompanied by a turn from an original position; an outside handle lever 60 for turning the full-open lock open lever 30 accompanied by a turn from an initial position interlocked with a close operation of an outside handle 5; a release lever 50 for turning the full-open lock open lever 30 accompanied by a turn from an initial position via a release emergency pin 93 and the outside handle lever 60 in order to output a release operation force; and a cancel mechanism M1 for moving the release emergency pin 93 accompanied by a turn of an inside handle lever 40 when the release lever 50 is stopped in a state in which the release lever turns from an initial position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】リリースモータの電気的故障等によってリリースレバーがリリースレバー初期位置から回動した状態で停止したとしても、全開ロックにより全開状態にある開閉体を保持できる車両開閉体操作装置を提供する。【解決手段】原点位置からの回動に伴い全開ロック８に解除操作力を出力可能な全開ロックオープンレバー３０と、アウトサイドハンドル５の閉操作に連動する初期位置からの回動に伴い全開ロックオープンレバー３０を回動させるアウトサイドハンドルレバー６０と、初期位置からの回動に伴い解除操作力を出力させるべくリリースエマージェンシピン９３及びアウトサイドハンドルレバー６０を介して全開ロックオープンレバー３０を回動させるリリースレバー５０と、リリースレバー５０が初期位置から回動した状態で停止したとき、インサイドハンドルレバー４０の回動に伴いリリースエマージェンシピン９３を移動させるキャンセル機構Ｍ１と、を備える。【選択図】図３
