Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fin with a surface having antifungal action, a heat exchanger having a fin, and a metallic component with a surface having bactericidal action.SOLUTION: In a fin having a metal base 12 and a porous anode oxidation layer 14 formed on the metal base, the surface of the porous anode oxidation layer includes a plurality of recesses 14Ap having a two-dimensional size larger than 100 nm and smaller than 500 nm as a view from a normal direction of the surface, the surface has a projection 15 formed between a plurality of adjacent recesses, the projection has a ridge line 14r formed by crossing of side faces of the plurality of adjacent recesses, and the surface has antifungal action.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
