Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifilament yarn and woven and knitted fabric in which spinning operability or the like is favorable, and cool sensitivity, an ultraviolet-prevention property and a sheer-prevention property when being wet are excellent.SOLUTION: A multifilament yarn includes: a synthetic resin part in which a percentage content X (mass%) of an inorganic oxide fine particle is 2<X≤10; and a synthetic resin part in which a percentage content Y (mass%) of the inorganic oxide fine particle is 2 mass% or less, and the multifilament yarn whose cross-sectional shape satisfies the following (1)-(4). (1) The synthetic resin part in which the percentage content X (mass %) of the inorganic oxide fine particle is 2<X≤10 is a multi-leaf shape that includes 6-20 leaf parts radially directing from a center side of single yarn to an outer peripheral side. (2) A tip of an outer peripheral side of the leaf part has a curve shape. (3) The synthetic resin part in which the percentage content X (mass%) of the inorganic oxide fine particle is 2<X≤10 is that a ratio of an exposure length (μm) to the single yarn surface is 10% or less.
