PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand guard for a truncheon capable of protecting a hand, gripping a grip part of a truncheon, from forward, without impairing portability of the truncheon.SOLUTION: A hand guard for a truncheon includes: a plurality of locking parts 21 detachably attached to one end in a longitudinal direction of a truncheon 2; a support part 22 of each locking part 21 whose one end part is connected to the locking part 21 and which extends in a direction crossing the longitudinal direction of the truncheon 2; and a protective plate part 23 extending in the longitudinal direction of the truncheon 2, connected to other end part of each support part 22, and covering a gripping part 3 positioned at the one end part of the truncheon 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】警棒の携行性が損なわれることなく、警棒の把持部を持つ手が前方から保護される警棒用ハンドガードを提供する。【解決手段】警棒２の長手方向の一端部に着脱可能に取付けられる複数の係止部２１を備える。係止部２１に一端部が接続されて警棒２の長手方向とは交差する方向に延びる係止部２１毎の支持部２２を備える。警棒２の長手方向に延びて各支持部２２の他端部に接続され、警棒２の一端部に位置する把持部３を覆う保護板部２３を備える。【選択図】 図１
