Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle imaging device capable of accurately adjusting an optical axis of an imaging unit with respect to a housing while suppressing precise processing to the housing as much as possible.SOLUTION: A stereo camera 20 mounted on a vehicle 100 includes: camera modules 1A and 1B having a lens 6B and an imaging element 7A; and a stay 3 for holding the camera modules 1A and 1B. The stay 3 and camera modules 1A and 1B are fixed by an adhesion layer 13 without engagement.
