Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively supply lubricating oil scraped up by a gear within a transmission case into a control box.SOLUTION: A lubrication structure of a transmission is provided that comprises: a transmission case 10 into which lubricating oil is encapsulated; a shaft 12 rotatably journaled by the transmission case 10; a gear 15 provided in the shaft 12 and scraping up lubricating oil by rotation; a control box 20 provided above the transmission case 10; an oil introduction port 10B formed to penetrate an upper wall part 10A of the transmission case 10, partitioning the transmission case 10 and the control box 20; and a shift block 31 disposed within the transmission case 10 located below the oil introduction port 10B.
