Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an affixing member peeling mechanism capable of stably performing a peeling operation and a take-up operation without damaging a member to be affixed, and a peeling method.SOLUTION: An affixing member peeling mechanism comprises: a conveyance stage 2 for fixing and conveying a member 22 to be affixed to which an affixing member 21 is affixed on a surface thereof; an adhesive tape 7 for adhering the affixing member 21; an adhesive tape feed roller 4 for feeding the adhesive tape 7 in an opposite direction of a conveying direction of the conveyance stage 2; an adhesive tape pressing roller 6 for pressing the adhesive tape 7 against the affixing member 21 of the member 22 to be affixed; and positioning pressing means for applying a pressing force to the affixing member 21 while positioning the adhesive tape pressing roller 6 at a position not in contact with the conveyance stage 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】被貼付部材を損傷することなく、安定的な剥離動作と巻取り動作が可能な貼付部材剥離機構および剥離方法を得る。【解決手段】表面に貼付部材21が貼り付けられた被貼付部材22を固定して搬送する搬送ステージ2と、貼付部材21を接着させる粘着テープ7と、粘着テープ7を搬送ステージ2の搬送方向とは逆方向へ送る粘着テープ送りローラ4と、粘着テープ7を被貼付部材22の貼付部材21へ押付ける粘着テープ押付ローラ6と、粘着テープ押付ローラ6を、搬送ステージ2と接触しない位置に位置決めしながら貼付部材21へ押付力を与える位置決め押付手段と、を備えた。【選択図】図1
