PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device prevented from obstructing efficiency in dissipating heat generated by an electronic element in a housing, having high efficiency in restricting an amount of electromagnetic radiation with respect to outside, and suitable to reduce size.SOLUTION: In an electronic control device 1 comprising a housing 102 accommodating a base plate 101 on which an electronic element 103 radiating an electromagnetic wave by operating is mounted, a structure 105 that attenuates the electromagnetic wave with respect to outside of the housing 102 is provided between the electronic element 103 and the housing 102. The base plate 101 may be interposed between the electronic element 103 and the housing 102, and the structure 105 may be provided between the base plate 101 and the housing 102. While being covered with a heat-transfer dielectric body 104, the structure 105 may be provided between the electronic element and the housing.
