Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device prevented from obstructing efficiency in dissipating heat generated by an electronic element in a housing, having high efficiency in restricting an amount of electromagnetic radiation with respect to outside, and suitable to reduce size.SOLUTION: In an electronic control device 1 comprising a housing 102 accommodating a base plate 101 on which an electronic element 103 radiating an electromagnetic wave by operating is mounted, a structure 105 that attenuates the electromagnetic wave with respect to outside of the housing 102 is provided between the electronic element 103 and the housing 102. The base plate 101 may be interposed between the electronic element 103 and the housing 102, and the structure 105 may be provided between the base plate 101 and the housing 102. While being covered with a heat-transfer dielectric body 104, the structure 105 may be provided between the electronic element and the housing. 【課題】筺体内の電子素子による発熱の放熱効率を阻害せず、外部に対する電磁輻射量の抑制効率が高く、小型化に適した電子制御装置を提供することである。【解決手段】動作することで電磁波を輻射する電子素子103が実装された基板101を筺体102に収容して成る電子制御装置1において、前記電磁波を筺体102の外部に対して減衰させる構造体105を、電子素子103と筺体102との間に設けた。電子素子103と筺体102との間に基板101が介在し、構造体105を基板101と筺体102との間に設けてもよい。構造体105は伝熱性誘電体104に覆われた状態で、電子素子と筺体との間に設けられていてもよい。また、構造体105が導体であってもよい。【選択図】図1 |
