Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound data generation device and sound data generation method capable of generating a sound while varying the timbre in any pattern with a simple operation.SOLUTION: For each of a plurality of time slots related to a timbre data column, the positions of a control operator 21 and parameter index 24 movable in a three-dimensional coordinate system are detected. On the basis of the detected positions of the control operator 21 and parameter index 24, a value of the sound effect parameter constituting timbre data is set in each time slot. During reproduction, sound data is sequentially generated on the basis of the values of the sound effect parameters set in the plurality of time slots.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】簡単な操作により任意のパターンで音色を変化させつつ音を発生させることを可能にする音データ生成装置および音データ生成方法を提供する。【解決手段】音色データ列に関する複数のタイムスロットの各々について、３次元座標系で移動可能な制御操作子２１およびパラメータ指標２４の位置が検出される。検出された制御操作子２１およびパラメータ指標２４の位置に基づいて、当該タイムスロットに音色データを構成する音響効果パラメータの値が設定される。再生時に、複数のタイムスロットに設定された音響効果パラメータの値に基づいて音データが順次生成される。【選択図】図２
