Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid data discard at the execution of a handover involving Full Configuration.SOLUTION: A radio base station eNB1, which can radio communicate with a mobile station UE, includes: a determination unit 12 which, at the handover of the mobile station UE from the radio base station eNB1 to a radio base station eNB2, determines whether or not the radio base station eNB2 instructs the mobile station UE to delete set information related to radio communication with the radio base station eNB1; a determination unit 13 which, on the basis of the result of the determination, determines a sequence number SN to be notified to the radio base station eNB2, among the sequence numbers SN given to data to be transferred to the radio base station eNB2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】Full Configurationを伴うハンドオーバが実行される場合に、データの破棄を回避する。【解決手段】移動局UEと無線通信可能な無線基地局eNB1であって、移動局UEを無線基地局eNB1から無線基地局eNB2へハンドオーバさせる際に、無線基地局eNB2が、移動局UEに対して、無線基地局eNB1との無線通信に関する設定情報の削除を指示するか否かを判定する判定部12と、判定の結果に基づいて、無線基地局eNB2へ転送すべきデータに付されたシーケンス番号SNのうち無線基地局eNB2に通知するシーケンス番号SNを決定する決定部13と、を備える、ことを特徴とする無線基地局eNB1。【選択図】図6
