Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid data discard at the execution of a handover involving Full Configuration.SOLUTION: A radio base station eNB1, which can radio communicate with a mobile station UE, includes: a determination unit 12 which, at the handover of the mobile station UE from the radio base station eNB1 to a radio base station eNB2, determines whether or not the radio base station eNB2 instructs the mobile station UE to delete set information related to radio communication with the radio base station eNB1; a determination unit 13 which, on the basis of the result of the determination, determines a sequence number SN to be notified to the radio base station eNB2, among the sequence numbers SN given to data to be transferred to the radio base station eNB2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
