Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a compression-molded tablet with significantly improved acid resistance containing granules which are coated by enteric coating agent and include an acid-unstable chemical.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a compression-molded tablet by tableting mixed powder in which coated granules containing an acid-unstable chemical and starch or derivative thereof are mixed at the compression pressure of 300 to 1200Kgf. It is most preferable that the acid-unstable chemical is Duloxetine hydrochloride, and the compression-molded tablet can be an orally disintegrating tablet.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】耐酸性が有意に改善された、腸溶性のコーティング剤で被覆されている、酸に不安定な薬物を含む顆粒、を含有する圧縮成形錠剤を製造すること。【解決手段】酸に不安定な薬物を含有する被覆顆粒とデンプン又は其の誘導体を混合した混合末を300〜1200Kgfの打圧によって打錠することで圧縮成形錠剤を製造する方法を提供する。酸に不安定な薬物はデュロキセチン塩酸塩であることが最も好ましく、前記圧縮成形錠剤は口腔内崩壊錠とすることが可能である。【選択図】なし
