Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosis method capable of accurately diagnosing the life of a weld joint containing high chromium steel.SOLUTION: A method for diagnosing a creep life of a weld member 1, which is configured such that two base materials 2, 3 comprising high chromium steel are welded through a welding part 4 comprising welding metal, comprises: observing a state of a surface texture of a fine grain region 6 of a heat affected part interposed between the base material 2, 3 and the welding part 4; observing a distribution state of an aperture of a creep void occurring on the surface of the fine grain region 6 of the heat affected part, during use of the welding member 1 at high temperature; and diagnosing the life of the welding member 1 by determining progress of creep damage in the fine grain region 6 of the heat affected part, on the basis of the distribution state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高クロム鋼を含む溶接継手の寿命を精度よく診断することができる診断方法を提供する。【解決手段】高クロム鋼からなる2つの母材2,3が、溶接金属からなる溶接部4を介して溶接されてなる溶接部材1のクリープ寿命を診断する方法であって、母材2,3と溶接部4との間に介在する熱影響部細粒域6の表面組織の状態を観察し、高温で溶接部材1を使用中に、熱影響部細粒域6の表面に生じるクリープボイドの孔径の分布状態を観察し、該分布状態から、熱影響部細粒域6におけるクリープ損傷の進行度を判定することにより、前記溶接部材1の寿命を診断する高クロム鋼のクリープ寿命診断方法。【選択図】図1 |
