Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refuse crane operation device allowing for suppression of increase in size and complication of refuse incineration facility and furthermore suppression of instability of refuse incineration due to fluctuation in heat generation amount of refuse.SOLUTION: A refuse crane operation device 4 comprises: a crane 5 for charging refuse in a pit 21 into a refuse incinerator 3; and a storage part 62e for storing data on a constituent ratio of kind of refuse at a specific position in the pit 21. The refuse crane operation device 4 further comprises a control part 6 that on the basis of the data on kind of refuse constituent ratio stored in the storage part 62e, calculates a fluctuation index value as an index of the fluctuation amount of the constituent ratio of the kind of refuse with respect to the constituent ratio of the kind of refuse which has been charged last time into the refuse incinerator 3, and that controls the crane 5 to selectively seize refuse in which the calculated fluctuation index value is equal to or less than the index threshold value from among the refuse in the pit 21, and to charge refuse into the refuse incinerator 3 as refuse to be charged into the refuse incinerator 3 next.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】ごみ焼却施設が大型化および複雑化するのを抑制しつつ、発熱量の変動に基づくごみの燃焼の不安定化を抑制することが可能なごみクレーン運転装置を提供する。【解決手段】このごみクレーン運転装置4は、ピット21内のごみをごみ焼却炉3に投入するクレーン5と、ピット21内の特定の位置におけるごみのごみ種の構成割合のデータが記憶された記憶部62eとを備える。ごみクレーン運転装置4は、ごみ焼却炉3に前回投入したごみにおけるごみ種の構成割合に対する、ごみ種の構成割合の変動量の指標としての変動指標値を、記憶部62eに記憶されたごみ種の構成割合のデータに基づいて演算して、演算した変動指標値が指標閾値以下であるごみを、ピット21内のごみの中から選択的に掴み、ごみ焼却炉3に次に投入する投入ごみとしてごみ焼却炉3に投入するようにクレーン5を制御する制御部6を備える。【選択図】図5
