The manufacturing method of the heat shrinkable tube has a diameter expansion process for heating a tube mainly containing polytetrafluoroethylene and expanding a hole and storage elastic modulus at 340°C to 400°C of the tube is 1 MPa to 7 MPa. The solder sleeve has the heat shrinkable tube, a solder material and a dam material.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本発明は、PTFEを用いながらも製造コスト及び品質のバラツキを低減することができる熱収縮チューブ、その製造方法及びこの熱収縮チューブを用いたソルダースリーブを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】本発明の一態様に係る熱収縮チューブは、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを主成分とする円筒状の熱収縮層を備え、上記熱収縮層の340℃以上400℃以下での貯蔵弾性率が1MPa以上7MPa以下である。本発明の別の一態様に係る熱収縮チューブの製造方法は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを主成分とするチューブを加熱及び拡径する拡径工程を備え、上記チューブの340℃以上400℃以下での貯蔵弾性率が1MPa以上7MPa以下である。本発明の別の一態様に係るソルダースリーブは、当該熱収縮チューブと、ハンダ材と、ダム材とを備える。【選択図】なし
