Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion circuit which has a plurality of input/output ports and which can transmit power between the ports; and which can inhibit unnecessary power transmission by comparatively simple control.SOLUTION: A power conversion circuit comprises a plurality of substrates 20 on which formed are half-bridge circuits 26, and the ungapped cores 22 around each of which a first winding wire connected with the half-bridge circuit 26 on at least one end winds and gapped cores 24 around each of which a second winding wire connected with the half-bridge circuit 26 on at least one end winds, in which the ungapped cores and the gapped cores lie on either sides so as to sandwich the half-bridge circuits 26, and the substrates are stacked in such a manner that the ungapped cores and the gapped cores lie alternately on the right and left.
