Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery module which can improve energy efficiency and reduce inter-cell resistance between adjacent laminate cells by suppressing an arrangement space for an electrode tab group.SOLUTION: A battery module 1 comprises a housing 2 having a housing space S for a plurality of laminate cells 4 divided from each other by a partition 3. The housing 2 has a connection part 21 for connecting the adjacent housing spaces S, S to each other. A positive electrode tab group 15 in one of the adjacent laminate cells 4 and a negative electrode tab group 16 in the other one of the laminate cells 4 are bonded together via an airtight welded part 24 in such a manner that they overlap each other at the connection part 21. The connection part 21 is sealed, together with the airtight welded part 24, by a resin sealing part 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】電極タブ群の配置スペースを抑えることによってエネルギー効率を向上でき、且つ隣接する積層体セルのセル間抵抗を低減できる電池モジュールを提供する。【解決手段】電池モジュール1は、隔壁3によって隔てられた複数の積層体セル4の収容空間Sを有する筐体2を備えている。筐体2には、隣接する収容空間S,S同士を連通させる連通部21が設けられている。そして、隣り合う一方の積層体セル4における正極タブ群15と他方の積層体セル4における負極タブ群16とは、連通部21において互いに重ね合された状態で気密溶接部24によって接合され、連通部21は、気密溶接部24と共に樹脂封止部25によって封止されている。【選択図】図3 |
