PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cask facility which is simpler and more inexpensive than a conventional one.SOLUTION: A cask facility 100 includes: a rail 2 which extends in a horizontal direction, and which is installed in such a manner that a horizontal cask C storing spent fuel can be moved in the horizontal direction; a hoisting device 30 which is installed above the rail 2, and which includes a wire 32 for engaging with one end of the horizontal cask C positioned at a suspending position P2 on the rail 2, so as to hoist up the cask C; and a horizontal movement part 40 for applying force to the cask C toward the one end, so as to move the cask C on the rail 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】より簡素で廉価なキャスク用施設を提供する。【解決手段】キャスク用施設１００は、水平方向に延びて、使用済み燃料を収納したキャスクＣが横置き状態で水平方向に移動可能に設置されるレール２と、レール２の上方に設置されるとともに、レール２上の吊り上げ位置Ｐ２に位置する横置き状態のキャスクＣの一端側に係合して上方に巻き上げるワイヤー３２等を有する巻き上げ装置３０と、レール２上で、キャスクＣに対して一端側に向かって力を付与することでキャスクＣを移動させる水平移動部４０と、を備える。【選択図】図１
