Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-type scale removing machine that can suppress power loss and heat generation, ensures sufficient torque and can be manufactured at low cost.SOLUTION: A controller unit 2 of a power-type scale removing machine 1 includes: a switching power supply 21 with an output voltage being variable; and a voltage control unit 22 in which a first voltage being the lower limit of the output voltage is set in a variable range of a switching power supply 21, a specific voltage is output from the switching power supply 21 to the DC brushless motor 31 when the specific voltage for obtaining a rotational speed being set by a speed setting knob 23 with a DC brushless motor 31 is larger than the first voltage, and the first voltage is output by a PWM control method so that the rotational speed being set by the speed setting knob 23 may be obtained from the switching power supply 21 to the brushless motor 31 when the specific voltage is lower than the first voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】電力損失や発熱を抑えることができ、十分なトルクが得られ、低廉に製造可能な動力型うろこ取り機を提供する。【解決手段】動力型うろこ取り機1のコントローラ部2は、出力電圧が可変であるスイッチング電源21と、スイッチング電源21の可変範囲内で、出力電圧の下限である第一電圧が設定されており、速度設定つまみ23で設定された回転速度をDCブラシレスモータ31にて得るための固有電圧が第一電圧よりも大きい場合、該固有電圧をスイッチング電源21からDCブラシレスモータ31に対して出力し、前記固有電圧が第一電圧以下である場合、スイッチング電源21からブラシレスモータ31に対して、速度設定つまみ23で設定された回転速度が得られるよう第一電圧をPWM制御法にて出力する電圧制御部22とを備える。【選択図】図5
