PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the dissatisfaction of a resident accompanied by the execution of a demand response.SOLUTION: An automatic vending machine management device 2 comprises: a price determination part 20 for determining a discounted price of merchandise to be sold by the automatic vending machine 1 correspondingly to an incentive determined as the counter value of a demand response in a building in which the automatic vending machine 1 is installed; and a signal output part 21 for transmitting a price operation signal for setting the price of merchandise to be sold by the automatic vending machine 1 to the discounted price to the automatic vending machine 1 in an execution time zone of the demand response, and for transmitting the price operation signal for setting the price of the merchandise to a normal price to the automatic vending machine 1 when the execution time zone of the demand response ends.
