Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device for a car air conditioner capable of suppressing generation of air conditioner odor in a cabin by cleaning odor components adsorbed to an evaporator.SOLUTION: A cleaning device (1) includes humidifiers (11, 12) arranged on the upstream side of an evaporator for cooling introduction air passing an outer surface side by a forcibly fed refrigerant expanding inside, and imparting moisture to the introduction air and making it humidified air. By the humidified air being introduced to the evaporator, condensate water is generated on the outer surface of the evaporator. By the condensate water, odor components adsorbed on the surface part of the evaporator are discharged as drain water, or released with volatilization, and the evaporator is cleaned. The humidifier is, for example, a humidification filter which also serves as a cleaning filter for removing dust. The humidifier preferably imparts function components having a sterilization effect or a deodorization effect to the introduction air or the humidified air together with the moisture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1B
【課題】エバポレータに吸着した臭い成分を浄化して車室内におけるエアコン臭の発生を抑止できるカーエアコン用の浄化装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の浄化装置(1)は、圧送されてきた冷媒が内部で膨張することにより外表面側を通過する導入空気を冷却するエバポレータの上流側に配置され、導入空気へ水分を付与して加湿空気とする加湿器(11、12)を備える。エバポレータに加湿空気が導入されることにより、エバポレータの外表面に凝縮水を生成される。この凝縮水により、エバポレータの表面部に吸着等していた臭い成分がドレン水として排出されたり、その揮発と共に放出されたりして、エバポレータが浄化される。本発明に係る加湿器は、例えば、塵埃を除去する浄化フィルターを兼ねる加湿フィルターである。加湿器は、滅殺菌効果または消臭効果を有する機能性成分を水分と共に、導入空気または加湿空気へ付与すると好ましい。【選択図】図1B |
