PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spatial constitution of a house capable of providing leisurely comfortableness and an opening feeling in a wide range in a living room, by creating the continuity of continuing with a half-outdoor space from the living room inside in a shape rich in change toward multi-direction.SOLUTION: Windows W1 and W2 capable of natural lighting and ventilation are arranged over an opening width of 1/2 or more of the wall length of respective wall surfaces, on opposed two wall surfaces of a living room R or two wall surfaces forming a projected corner continuing in an L shape. One window W1 is opened fully over a ceiling height ch of the living room R, and a doorway is provided on its opening surface, and the outdoor side of the window W1 is provided with a half-outdoor space S of largely overhanging with an externa floor T and an eaves soffit E. The other window W2 is formed as a ground window having a lower edge aligning with a floor surface F of the living room, a high window of having an upper edge aligning with a ceiling surface C of the living room, a window opening fully over the ceiling height ch of the living room, or any of a composite form of them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】居室内から半屋外空間へとつながる連続性が、多方向に向けて変化に富むかたちで創出され、居室内の広い範囲で、ゆったりとした心地よさや開放感を得ることのできる住宅の空間構成を提供する。【解決手段】居室Ｒの相対する二つの壁面、またはＬ字形に連続して出隅を形成する二つの壁面に、採光・通風可能な窓Ｗ１、Ｗ２が、各壁面の壁長の１／２以上にわたる開口幅をもって配置される。一方の窓Ｗ１は、居室Ｒの天井高ｃｈ一杯にわたって開口し、その開口面には出入口が設けられ、その窓Ｗ１の屋外側に、外部床Ｔと軒天井Ｅとを備えて大きく張り出す半屋外空間Ｓが設けられる。他方の窓Ｗ２は、その下縁が居室の床面Ｆと揃う地窓か、その上縁が居室の天井面Ｃと揃う高窓か、または居室の天井高ｃｈ一杯にわたって開口する窓か、あるいはそれらの複合形態のいずれかとなされる。【選択図】図１
