Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pretreatment method for gold ore improving pretreatment for wet treatment of recovering gold from gold ore containing iron pyrite and capable of contributing to the improvement of the recovery rate of gold in wet treatment, and a method for recovering gold from iron pyrite.SOLUTION: Provided is a pretreatment method for gold ore being the one performed prior to the recovery of gold containing iron pyrite by wet treatment, where, when gold ore is heated in an inert atmosphere, and iron pyrite in the gold ore is thermally decomposed into iron sulfide (II) and elemental sulfur, using a rotary kiln 1 having a heating zone 2 of heating gold ore while being passed through the same, the flow of an inert gas contacted with the gold ore is made into a counter flow reverse to the progressing direction Dm of the gold ore in the heating zone 2 of the rotary kiln 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】黄鉄鉱を含有する金鉱石から金を回収する湿式処理の前処理を改善し、湿式処理での金の回収率向上に寄与することのできる金鉱石の前処理方法及び、金鉱石からの金の回収方法を提供する。【解決手段】この発明の金鉱石の前処理方法は、黄鉄鉱を含有する金鉱石中の金を湿式処理により回収するに先立って行う前処理方法であって、金鉱石を不活性雰囲気下で加熱し、当該金鉱石中の黄鉄鉱を、硫化鉄(II)と単体硫黄とに熱分解するに当り、金鉱石を通過させつつ加熱する加熱ゾーン2を有するロータリーキルン1を用い、前記ロータリーキルン1の加熱ゾーン2で、金鉱石に接触させる不活性ガスの流れを、当該金鉱石の進行方向Dmとは逆向きの向流にする。【選択図】図1 |
